When will my appointment be approved?
If you are a new guest, first let me say I appreciate your patience. As I am a solo salon suite owner responses can take up to two business days. I have asked all of my new guests to complete a new client form, and unfortunately until this is done I will not approve any appointments requested for new guests. Once I have time to read your form over, and assess what type of services we will want to achieve your dream hair, I will then let you know you are approved to book an appointment.
How should I contact you if I need something?
After you are approved as a new guest, I will text you from my phone number so you have a direct way of contacting me. If you are a loyal guest of mine, feel free to send me a text, and again I do apologize for response time but I promise to get to you as soon as possible.
Why isn’t FernHaven open on Saturdays?
FernHaven is in fact open on Saturdays, however appointments are booked through text message only. Appointments are only available every other Saturday, they are on a first come first serve basis with a premium charge, please inquire through my contact me page to receive more information.
What is the best thing you can do for me as my loyal guest?
Sometimes people ask what they can do for me? If you really truly need to do some thing to make me happy please take any time you have extra to write a review on Google or Vagaro. It really helps me grow my business, and let's new people coming in know this is a safe place.
